OSI Wood Machinerie’s infeed equipment includes the unstacker, panel separator, panel accumulation table, and panel press to nest boards. Our outfeed equipment is comprised of the panel accumulation table, panel separator to divide boards according to box width, box former, stacker, and fastening system. All work in sync so that you get twice the production, with half the effort!

OSI Wood Machinerie’s reprocessing station catches defective boards as they are detected, rather than having them accumulate into a mound of boards to be inefficiently processed later. Boards travel on conveyors to OSI Wood Machinerie’s reprocessing end matcher, which has been designed to cut off defects and make new tongues or grooves—all in one step without a single scratch to the surface. The newly made boards are then reintroduced into the line. No more wasted material!
